FROM LAND TO FINISHING DETAILS
A considered home.
A clear beginning.
Beautiful spaces are only part of the conversation. Your priorities, the decisions ahead and how the work will be delivered deserve the same care.
01 / THE LAND
Every home has a setting.
If you own land, start with its location and what you know about it. If you are still looking, begin with the areas and way of life you have in mind.

02 / THE VISION
A clear brief is the foundation.
Think about your routines, the spaces that matter and the things your current home cannot give you. A reference home is a starting point for a conversation, not a plan to copy.

03 / THE BUILD
Make the important decisions explicit.
Before moving forward, discuss the proposed scope, what is included, how decisions will be documented and how changes will be handled. Timing and pricing depend on the land, design and agreed scope.

04 / THE FINISHING DETAILS
Bring the whole home together.
Consider how floors, cabinetry, hardware and lighting relate to each other. The strongest result comes from a coherent set of choices that suits the way you live.
Material preferences · maintenance expectations · fixtures and finishes

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION
A few useful questions.
Do I need to own land already?
No. The first conversation can begin with a preferred area or an existing lot. Truview’s published process includes help finding land as well as working from land you already have.
Can you give me a price from a photograph?
A photograph cannot establish a reliable scope or price. Bring your priorities and a comfortable investment range so the conversation can address the land, size, specification and what is included.
How long will my home take?
A meaningful schedule depends on the project and its approvals, design and construction scope. Ask for the proposed stages and assumptions before relying on a completion date.
What should I clarify before committing?
Confirm the legal builder entity, applicable licence and warranty arrangements, written scope, payment stages, responsibilities and change process. These are questions to resolve for your particular project, not claims established by a portfolio.
